When we bought our house, the backyard turned into a swamp every time it rained and I had no idea where to start, so we hired this company for Landscape Services after a neighbor mentioned them. Their team walked the property with me and actually showed me how the slope was pushing water toward the foundation, then suggested a French drain and regrading instead of just replacing the lawn like I expected. I remember one of the crew members flagging every sprinkler head before they brought in equipment so nothing got crushed, which told me they were thinking ahead. After the next heavy storm, the water pooled exactly where they said it would—away from the house—and for the first time I wasn’t out there with a shovel trying to redirect it.
